You must review and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to comply with Indonesian PDP Law.
The Service is developed and operated as a university enrichment project. It is not currently operated by a registered legal business entity. You acknowledge and accept this when using the Service, including that the protections, guarantees, and recourse typically available when dealing with a registered company may not apply in the same way here.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service. You must have a valid Google account to use the Service, as account access and data storage depend on Google authentication.
The Service uses Google Sign-In (OAuth) for account creation and login. By signing in, you authorize the Service to access certain Google account information as needed to operate your account.
CRITICAL ARCHITECTURE NOTICE:
Conversion Matters does NOT store your content plans, scripts, or benchmarking data on our servers. Your personal Google Spreadsheet acts as your primary database and sole backup file.
All content data you create or manage through the Service is stored as spreadsheet files in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. We do not maintain a separate permanent copy of your content data. If you delete, move, or change sharing permissions on files connected to the Service outside of the App, some features may stop working correctly. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from changes made directly in Google Drive outside the Service.
The Service's content evaluation feature uses Google's Gemini API to analyze and provide feedback on content you submit for review. This processing is subject to Google's Gemini API terms and data handling policies, separate from Google Drive access.
The benchmarking feature allows you to log and organize publicly available information about competitor content. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input complies with the terms of service of the platforms from which it was sourced.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or manage through the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.
The Service is offered through monthly paid subscription tiers. New users are currently offered free access as part of an introductory period.
The Service is under active development and provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service, its student developers, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
When you log in with your Google account, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique Google account identifier. We use this information solely to create and manage your account.
The Service requests access to Google Drive under the restricted drive.file scope. We can only access files that the Service itself creates on your behalf, or files you explicitly select and authorize. We cannot access, view, or list any other files in your Google Drive.
We only use Google user data (including Drive file contents accessed via drive.file scope) to provide and improve the features of the Service that you have directly requested. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. We do not allow humans to read Google user data without affirmative consent.
When you use the AI-assisted content evaluation feature, the content you submit is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing and analysis. We do not use your content submitted to Gemini for training our own models.
All files created through the Service are private by default. No one — including the Conversion Matters team — can view a file's contents unless you actively choose to share it.
Your content data is stored in your own Google Drive, not on our servers, for as long as you maintain those files. We retain account metadata for as long as your account remains active.
We share information only with Google Gemini API, payment processors, and for legal compliance. We do not sell personal data or content for advertising or marketing purposes.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and metadata we hold, including secure authentication practices for Google Sign-In.
